Binge eating and over eating are unconscious or automatic behaviors. You may conscious or logically know that you donâ€™t want to binge or over eat, but some part of you takes over and causes you to mindlessly eat. At the end of which most of the time you are left feeling powerless, guilty, disappointed and or even hatred for oneself. It becomes a vicious cycleâ€”one that you swear will not happen again!
A thought or action that is repeated over and over again eventually becomes automatic. For example, when you first learn to ride a bike, you may be clumsy, awkward and fall many times. However, as you practice over and over again, your mind learns a new path of muscles firing together until it becomes automaticâ€”then you donâ€™t have to THINK about it anymore, and you just KNOW how to ride a bike. This can be said of anything that becomes a habitâ€”like binge or over eating.
This hypnosis session will guide you to establish new healthier thoughts and to let go of the old self defeating ones that can cause binge and or over eating. The more you listen to the session the more automatic your mindset will become towards making healthier choices, to letting go of stress/anxiety quicker, to feeling better about yourself, and to feeling more in control of your choices.
