How to Listen and Maximize Your Results

434_3006628Now that you have your Hypnosis Sessions, let’s get you to your goal as quickly as possible. To get the most from your sessions, simply follow the steps below.

  1. NEVER listen to your hypnosis sessions while driving, operating machinery or in any other situation that requires your full conscious awareness.
  2. BEST TIME
Find the best time of day or night when you can devote 30-40 minutes to listening to your session without interruption. This can be first thing in the morning, lunch time, after a workout, or before bed. Any time is a great time for your session.
  3. GET COMFY
Find the most comfortable place to sit or lie for your session. If you can choose this place each time even better as your body will start to learn that this place indicates a time for you to relax, let go and recondition your mind to be positive. Let your muscles relax, put your feet up, make sure you go to the bathroom before hand, and whatever else you need to do to be extra comfortable.
  4. BREATHE DEEPLY
Start with some deep abdominal breaths as you settle into position. Inhaling slowly through your nose, allowing your belly to fill with air and then gently exhaling. This kind of breathing will help your body to relax quicker by increasing oxygen to your body, muscle and brain.
  5. LISTEN to your session with or without headphones—it’s your preference as long as you can relax.
  6. REPETITION
When you begin, listen as often as you can. We recommend listening to it once a day for a week or two and then you can listen a few times a week. However, the more you listen, the more it will engrain into your subconscious mind and become an automatic part of your choices.
  7. NO TIME!
If some days you don’t have the time to sit and relax, no problem! Listen to your session on the go—put on your headphones and listen while you take a walk, while you’re cleaning the house, folding laundry, cooking dinner, etc. however, again never while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
